We do not ship any items to our clients under any circumstances. We will on occasion make recommendations on replacement equipment, and we will absolutely install it. But our clients are responsible to purchase, and ship any and all equipment through third party vendors. We will hold your hand if necessary through the whole process but we do not stock any tangible goods or equipment.

Managed IT services are immediately eligible for service same day. 

StorageCraft:
Once payment is received, it may take between 3 and 10 business days to process the licenses. Once they are processed, you will receive a welcome email from StorageCraft. If you have not received a welcome email after 10 days, please contact us.
